Position Responsibilities:
The IT System Analyst position combines Supply Chain knowledge and IT system knowledge with an understanding of best-practices in supporting the Global Serialization Program. The role requires a strong technical and analytical background as well as the ability to design and develop appropriate business solutions. Recommend, implement and deliver technology solutions based on analysis and business requirements for the Global Serialization team. Perform detailed design activities for specific applications and prepare technical and business documentation for delivered solutions. Working with Vendor services, IT work-stream Leads and IT Architects to deliver solutions in a fast paced environment.
Qualifications:
- Pharma IT Supply Chain consulting experience
- Track and Trace/Serialization in the Supply Chain experience / knowledge

Critical thinking, problem solving and analytical skills.
- Oracle / SAP/ ERP – Distribution knowledge
- MS Office ( Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio)
- Supply Chain experience
- Demonstrated strong Analysis skills

Experience with information and application integration and associated technologies
- Experience working with change controls and GxP validation protocols including development of URS, FS, DS, IQ, OQ, PQ protocols, System Acceptance Documents and Traceability Matrix Documents.
- Working knowledge of SDLC software development and support methodologies
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Ability to facilitate meetings and follow up with resulting action items
- Ability to handle fluctuating workloads, conflicting priorities and concurrent activities.
- Axway experience a plus
